Online you are able to place to go orders. If youre open on Thanksgiving why cant you make my to go orders?
I have two orders one for Wednesday and one for Thursday. The Wednesday order is literally available and would be available everyday this week so why are you refusing to make it? She says they cant make it but how can you not make it and they cant cancel it? Then theres no way to cancel online and no answer but leave a voicemail for a call back.
This is ridiculous.Theres no way my order cant be fulfilled if youre open the day before selling the same food. Its literally three plates. The second order fine whatever but lets not act like you just arent able to fulfill my order. At this point its oh we dont want to.
No where on the website does it say unavailable or that theres a cut off.
If thats the case they should address their website technical issues. Thats not my fault.
Preferred solution: The food I ordered. Or my money.

I was sitting at my table eating my Food and a Roach walked across my Plate on to my Steak. I have video and a picture of it . When I ask for a refund manager told me it wasnt goin thru tht I had to wait and come back I was disgusted and Upset I couldnt get my money back right away and I wasnt finished eating my food only had one plate before that one the bug was on!

I went to get Xtra and desert and a roach was eating off the cookies and playing all over them and the worker was so extra when ask to remove the roach with the eee ooo eee and letting it get away and then only removing the cookies she saw the roach on but it took her a minute to get over there but she didn't throw the others away and then I express to the manager how discussing that was and she just change out the dish and transfer the cookies to it and never throw them away so I said I done lost my appetite and I want my money back and manager said no to much time done went by ,like 20 min I was still eating its all you can eat didn't know it was a time limit and apparently the roach didn't either. I paid $42 dollars for my food and the clean up person got it while I was talking to manager, but they know I was there,Sunday 6 -2-2024 around 6:pm

I called the manager to see if I could get a refund because my family and I went to this restaurant establishment and we all got sick all five of us I complained about the food being cold and not at the right temperature. The carrot cake tasted freezer burnt and I talked to Jim and then I talked to James Jim is the manager manager, and James is the regional manager and when I talk to James, he was very rude over the phone and told me well.
Dont come back and didnt fix the issue. The restrooms smell like sewage so I contacted the health department and they will be going there to investigate this place.
User's recommendation: Don’t waste your money because it will cost you money because you’re gonna have to go to the emergency room and you will be sick and the manager Needs to learn how to do customer service because he hung up on me when I tried to explain to him the symptoms I was having that’s not my problem. Can I get a refund? He said nope.

I lost my wallet due to feeling sick about something I ate, so I went to the restroom and started vomiting. I think I left it in the bathroom.
I was only there for 15 minutes before I got sick and left, so can I get a meal voucher for me and my 5-year-old, who was with me? Thanks and have a great day.

We went in there on 11/16 for dinner at 630
Pm there were 15 tables that need to be cleaned people had no place to sit after paying people sweeping the damn floor instead of cleaning tables we had to clean our own table to sit down and put dirty plates on another table this is horrible management we spend over &200 for this

Bad waitress .dead bug in window seal. Vacuum when eating around us.
Mang. Said she would take care of it . She did speak to her but never took care of us. Didn’t say sorry.
Or say let me do something for you we there 1-2 times a month. But this might be our last time. As we was leaving another lady was complaining.
The mang offered her a refund. Not sure why we didn’t get one.
Our waitress never came by to check on us. I had to get someone else to help us.
She never picked up dirty dishes off our table. We had to ask someone else. While we were eating, she vacuumed near us, that was rude. And there were all kinds of dead flies in the window seal.
It was the worst we ever had. And we go at least once or twice a month!

For two days, I've been trying to reach someone who cares regarding a visit to one of their locations. This is a health issue as well as a staff issue.
I don't receive any reply back. I'll just call the health department regarding one issue my husband and I had.

My wife and me went to Golden Corral and when we paid for the buffet, the manager charged my wife card 2 times and never provided service, we called the police, and the police said they have 3 days from the time it happened to return the money, or it will be taken to small claims court where there will be charges filled against Golden Corral, and they will have to pay way more then what they took from my wife when she paid for both of our buffet together.

My husband and I frequently dine at Golden Corral. It's location in Tallahassee is convenient.
The majority of the staff is great, but a lot of times we can tell the waiters are short handed. The bathrooms lack a lot, dark and kinda dingy.
I called days in advance to reserve the banquet room for 6:00 pm on July 17th for my husbands 78th Birthday. I call the day of to confirm. At that time, I was told the room had a party at 4:30.
I arrived at 6 promptly. 7:10 we were still waiting. It was almost 7:30 before we were allowed in a section of the banquet room , half of my guest cancelled! It didn't make sense to prepay and not be seated properly.
Kids had to be fed and eventually moved. We were offered drinks as we waited but never received. The buffet was okay. A simple dinner was ruined especially since the place closes at 9.
Just a simple get together. What really is the kicker. I was told that I had not spoken to a manager when I called twice but the lady at the register had a book where it was written down.
The other Birthday party goers said they had the room until 9. How did you think I felt?
Calling in regards about a Birthday coupon
Every year my husband and I have always gotten a birthday coupon from Golden Corral. I got one earlier this year, but my husband did not.
I had checked his birthdate and saw it changed from 14 to 24. I changed it back to the correct date.
I have emailed and left a voicemail for Golden Corral. So far I have not heard anything back.

Unsatisfied with buffet
Food bar was not properly stocked. Some of the items were cold, under cooked, some of the fruits (strawberries were rotten.) We were very unsatisfied with the wait time for fresh food to be put out. We would like a refund for our unpleasant experience.
