Golden Corral - Need email for a formal complaint to corporate
On 7/6/22 abt 3:50pm my husband and myself visited the rest. Stood in line the cashier and customer had a dispute.
As you are aware lunch is over @ 400pm. We and another party waited patiently. When the party ahead of us started to pay the cashier,she charged the dinner price. We told her you are aware we were standing here before 4:00pm.
I know she said there is nothing she could do. I asked for the Manager,we explained the situation. We told him it was unfair to charge us the dinne price. He said there is nothing he could do or wouldn't do.
Only he could give 15% off dinner. I asked if he could override the transaction sice he was the supervisor. He replied, the cash register automatically turn over. I then asked could he give me Corpoates number.
I asked several times and he sad i don't have a number. I told him I would do own research. My husband and myself left your establishment angry and upset. I couldn't beleive a Manager did not have number.
Was he refusing to give me the number? We were held up bcuz of the patron and cashier's dispute holding up the line.
And did not allow us the proceed and pay for lunch as expected. I frequent Golden Corral pretty often!!!
User's recommendation: Beware - Get there way before if you want to be offered the fiscounted price.
