Golden Corral - Frustrating
I walked up to the cashier and first she did not great me once I walked up she has greeted an employee that walked up behind me I wanted to use the coupon that was sitting on her station she told me they don't do that but I had informed her that it was honoured the last time I was there so I asked for the manager the manager rudely told me that it did not make sense for them to honour the 7.99 coupon unless I came in so I said but the coupon was honoured when I was there the last time which was recent so he persisted to want to give me the coupon for next Time but I kept saying to the guy I come in in the spare of the moment so it would not make sense to care the coupon but he kept trying to push the coupon on me and I kept saying look I'm still going to pay but I don't want the coupon but the manager still was trying to give me the coupon until I told him I don't want the {{Redacted}} coupon and at that point I did not want to eat there and he also told me that my service was no longer welcomed although I told your *** manager like four or five times before it had escalated that far this happen in charlotte at your Tryon and university golden corral at 930am on 09/16/17

You must have made quite a scene to have gotten banned. BTW: your letter overall doesn't really make a lot of sense. If you want to complaint to corporate, you might want to ask someone else to write your complaint for you.
