I went to the Golden Corral in Pelham Alabama and I dine there with 15 family members, I called another location in Hoover Alabama which was closer to me, and was rudely spoken with by the manager, I wanted to find out about group rates and army veterans discount, and seniors discounts, I was rushed off the phone by mgmt. with a short brief word of "we don't offer any discounts, AARP,AAA, Seniors, nor Vets and then hung up I called the Pelham location spoke with manager named Jeff whom was very patient and kind and acknowledge the pricing and told us to ask for him when we came in, I dine there and Jeff and staff made sure that our experience there was very pleasant, I will forever visit this location, great job GC for hiring a nice man like Jeff to run your business...This is how you keep customers and your doors open....

Cold food, raw meat didn"t have jumbo shrimp that was advertised on tv.

Prime rib was raw dripping blood un safe to eat. didn't keep empty pans of food out, fried chicken was dry and cold, very disappointed. I am reporting this issue to the health department on Monday so the Golden Corral # 2523 Hendersonville N.C. can been inspected by the health inspector! There was cold food not properly heated also. everyone was avoiding the prime rib or should I say raw bloody uncooked lump of raw meat! They did not have the jumbo shrimp that we saw advertised on TV before we went to eat 4/9/16. You need to address these issues ASAP, before you lose costumers!!

Treated Like A Ghost And A Second Class Citizen - Racial Profiling

I visited the Golden Corral on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, in Rockford, Illinois at approximately 4:59 PM. The cost for my meal, without a drink, was $13.10. The restaurant was not as busy as usual, so I didn’t have to wait in line to pay for my meal or wait to be seated. I have eaten at this location on numerous occasions so I was surprised at how seemingly empty it was. Needless to say, I seated myself in the section directly facing the deserts, but I sat in the rear by the window. A young white couple was seated directly in front of me; an older white couple was seated to my right, and another elderly white couple was seated to my left. From the time I sat down until the time I left, which was approximately 45 minutes later, no one... and I do mean NO one... not a single staff member spoke a single word to me or in any way acknowledged my presence. Seriously, NO server approached my table to introduce themselves (as is customary at Golden Corral and most other eating places). I received no greeting whatsoever, and I was never asked if my food was okay or if I needed anything. However, two different waitresses, on several different occasions did approach the white couples seated to my left, my right and directly in front of me to offer assistance and to ensure their dining needs were being meet. I also watch them stop and talk to other diners in my seating area. I even saw them pour drinks from some and get diner rolls for others. But NO one approached my table. After the couple seated to my left completed their meals and arose to leave, I voiced my dissatisfaction over the lack of service that I had received. I even commented on the fact that everyone else in the area was being served but I was being totally ignored. The wife just smiled and said “bad service does not deserve a tip” and then departed. After completing my meal, I approached the restaurant manager to voice my dissatisfaction of the lack of service and she offered a weak, insincere apology... that’s it. Nothing more. When I return to my table I observed the manager talking to one of the waitresses that I had complained about so I interrupted and said, “You totally ignored me the entire time I was here. You offered assistance to and greeted everyone around me but ignored me like I was invisible.” The server also gave me a very weak, insincere apology as well. So I picked up my receipt, held it high and said, “I need to take this with me so I can file an online grievance.” Both the server and the manager gave me a blank stare so I took my receipt and left, saying, “I will never eat in the restaurant again” and walked out. No one made any attempts to stop me or approach me to inquire about my experience. Besides, the food was horrible. It’s usually pretty good but today it was cold and flavorless, which may explain why the restaurant was half-empty. I did absolutely NOTHING to deserve this kind of mistreatment, so I will NEVER eat at the Rockford, Illinois Golden Corral location again.

Seafood and fish allergy

hello my name is Stacie. I'm from connellsville pa. we eat at the uniontown golden corral. I have complaint for the fryers. I'm allergic to seafood. You fry the fish in same fryers as other fried things I can't enjoy the other stuff. that needs to be changed!!!!!!! people that are allergic to seafood can't cross contaminate with other foods. I love the fried okra but can't eat it at your resteraunt because you fry things in same fryer. I would love to see you provide resteraunts with more fryers to keep the food seperated

I guess you could say really bad service. My waitess, had an emergency and went home. She stated she told her assocates to cover her station but tgat didn't appear right. No one came to my table other than walk past to others. No offer for drink refills or removal of dishes. Seems a lot of problems of the same nature. This was my third trip to store # 764 in Colonial Heights , Va. Three strikes youre out. Its pitiful that your company has really went down hill. Real far. Time to get your peole back in shape. Bad food

We were there on 1/27/06 about noon. The salad bar was a mess and gross. The baby corn was rotten and had to spit it out, The three bean salad was bad too, had to spit it out. Couldn't eat rest of salad in fear it was contaminated. The chicken was very dry, except for the BBQ chicken. Another chicken dish, I believe it was Mongolian chicken, was actually so old I couldn't even put a fork through it. The baked sweet potato wrapped in foil had soggy skin and it tasted like tin foil, bad, bad taste. The only thing that was fresh that we tried was the banana bread and the sugar-free chocolate cookies which were both very good. We were at the Golden Corral about six months age and stopped going because the food appeared to be left out too long and not fresh. We decided to go back hoping things got better, however, now some of the food is rotten and a big health concern. Wonder how they could still be in business and pass the health inspection.

Type sensibly please. Second, how can you complain about paying $13.39 for an all you can eat buffet? That actually sounds extremely cheap to me! Third, why did you include your personal email address on a public website?

Service there is lousy from certain employees! An older man that cooks at the grill and an older lady server that is extremely rude. Always have a really pissed-off look on their faces and they are prejudiced. Don't know why they work there. Maybe they should move on. They are rude and disrespectful each time I've been there.

I went to Golden Corral and Two waitress kept call mistaking me for a boy, "IM NOT A BOY" I replied. One of them said they thought I was a boy because of my hair,what!? Then the next day I came I asked for Dr Pepper and she gave me tea and kept refilling it over and over with tea , I just wanted Dr Pepper ,please get these rude people/workers under control

How many "old folks" keep a receipt for 2 weeks. 2 weeks ago myself, my Mom and 5 year old grandson ate at the GC in Hendersonville, NC to the tune of approximately 43.00$. We meet there every Friday between 3:15 and 3:30 to pick up our grandson. We may spend at most 5 minutes in the parking lot (child's car seat etc) This week on Feb. 26 we were charged 21$ and change. When I brought this to the Managers attn; "without a receipt there is nothing I can do". That is how much GC

You see the Prime Rib advertised for the weekends, and we thought we would check it out. I have never seen so much fat, and the taste, (What Taste?). I had to load up on Mash Potatoes and Gravy, to get the Bad Taste out of my mouth. They should have sent the Chef back for remedial training for his/her cooking skills. The steaks have enough gristle to make a pair of shoes. They had a guy cooking the steaks, and he couldn't tell rare from well done. The pieces were so small, and the line was so long, since people had to come back 3-4 times to even have a taste of Horse Meat, I mean Steak. I eat at GC mostly at lunch time for the fried chicken, but lately, the chicken isn't the same. It is dry, and luke warm at best. I travel a little further at lunch time to Popeye's, just to get hot chicken and mash potatoes. Don't waste your money on GC, especiall on the weekends.

I quit visiting Golden Corral over a year ago because of the food. I was talked into going back for one more visit. The food has not changed, but the price went up. The steaks was like chewing gum and the other selections were not restocked. I like the atmosphere and the kids like the dessert bar and the salad is great but the rest is just bad. I will not be going back again. I would rather cook at home or even McDonald's. And thats saying something

My daughter and grand-daughters had a girls night out which we only do once a year. We we entered this gross nasty facility there was no food the salad bar was almost empty as was the food.

My grand child had raw chicken from the grill it was raw. Why can't they start preparing for dinner before five and clean up and put out food.

If that can't happen they need to just close the doors and yes I did complain to the so called manager and it didn't help spents $75.00 on absolutely nothing I would like a refund. We were there on 10-3-2015

You ate your share of food, you do not deserve a refund. If you cannot afford to feed your family than you should not be taking them out for dinner.

Take them to a soup kitchen if you want free food. Either that or get a job, so that you can afford to feed your family and not beg for refunds.

There's no way she spent all that money and got the food she paid for if so why would she complain??

We have buffets around here some are good some are awful. This site is to complain on so leave her alone.
