Golden Corral

On or about 4;30 pm Central time my mother & I went to the Golden Corral in Mesquite Texas on Gus Thommasson Rd the cliantel was very light hardly no one there our waitress did not attend to us when our drinks were empty she and about 7 other waitresses were congregating @ a table on the other side of the restaurant doing nothing but gossiping & never looked @ us seeing that we needed to be served refills on our drinks we were totally ignored her name was BLANCA & the managers name was Janie Esquievel which when told about the situation she did nothing about it so when I got tired of waiting I had to whistle at them from my table to get their attention so O am coming to you with this problem so I will be expecting a call from you people ASAP 214-392-****

I asked the manager if she can get me some meatloaf with out sauce,because me and my family are allergic to it. At first she said ok.

Then when she came back with the new batch she forgot, not to put the sauce on it. I was watching her and was not paying ATTENTION and did it anyways.i said why did you that. She said thats how it comes with an attitude.i was up set.then other people asked for it with out sauce and did the same. I did not like how she treated me or my family and other people too.

She is useing her authority the wrong way because she is a manager. This happened 02/11/2024 at 8696 brookpark Rd. Cleveland ohio 44129 store number #965 the manager name is nicole A.

First shift. Please help fix this promblem, so this won't happen again to any one else.

I called the Killeen location on Sunday morning to speak with Gm about my application for management so call Danica answered the phone very rude telling me hes not taking calls and dont call about hiring on a Sunday she used very unprofessional foul language with me. I asked her how does she have employment with her type of attitude with the Gmanger on duty with her and not be reprimanded for how she spoke with me on the phone.

I asked her to please put the general manager on the phone she says hes not taking calls hung the phone in my face. I called back she Danica answered and told me with foul language not to call back. I was flabbergasted to be spoke to as such. In all my years in business professionalism has never encountered behavior in such a manner.

All I wanted was to take the time to see when the Gm would be interviewing for the Asst manger position. To be treated with disrespect by an employee is beyond me. As a restaurant manger running a business I would not put up with such malice. Its unacceptable terrible for business and she definitely does not deserve her job.

Had I been the owner just to check on my business mystery shop perhaps to check the professionalism on how my employees managers etc. handle customers shed fail miserably.

In my closing I would like to speak with someone from cooperate. At this point I am deserving of the position I applied for so I can show individuals how you handle business professionally by representing the company with meek humbleness building sales and revenue not sabatoging the business with unfiltered unprofessionalism.

My Church members and I visit the Golden Corral twice a month on a Sunday. The last few times, the experience has been not good.

The employee that is in charge of the cashiers and waitress, attitude has not been good. On Sunday February 25, 2024, I had a party of 14. 10 were in the line waiting to pay for their meal. 4 was a few minutes behind us.

I have elderly women with me. This Sunday, an elderly woman could no longer stand when they can no longer stand and needed to sit, she found a table and told the waitress, she had a party of 14. When the lady in charge spoke with the elderly, she wanted her to move and the elderly lady moved.

The way she was spoken to was not respectful. We are thinking about going eat somewhere else, after church.
